WORK BOOKS INFO BLOG FIVE REASONS TO FIGHT This is a survivor's story. For years, armed conflict has plagued many areas of Colombia. This is a story of displacement, of leaving your home behind because your life is in danger. A story of resilience. 'Five reasons to fight' (Five reasons to fight) is an illustrated story that tells the life story of a victim of displacement in the department of Norte de Santander, and is also a symbol of the processes of overcoming the experiences of the victims. This illustrated story was commissioned by the Secretary of Post-Conflict and Culture of Peace of the Mayor's Office of Cúcuta and was presented at an event held on June 25, 2021. Memorializing the acts of violence is a vital necessity, not only for the local people to know and understand these events, but also to achieve a collective healing and overcoming of this pain.
